This policy explains how Dozee Company LTDA ("we", "us", "our") handles the personal data of people who use the «APP_NAME» app ("App"). We are the data controller for the data processed in the App.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive data. Dietary preferences are used only to personalize suggestions inside the app.
We use data to operate the App, authenticate and sync your account, process the AI imports you request, manage subscriptions and improve the service. We share data only with providers that make the service possible (processors), to the extent needed:

We do not sell your personal data and do not use it for third-party advertising. Some providers may process data outside your country; where that happens, we apply the safeguards required by applicable law.
We process data under the following legal bases, as applicable under data protection laws (including Brazil's LGPD and, where it applies, the GDPR):
We keep your data while your account exists. Images sent to the AI are used to process the recipe at the moment of the request and are not kept as a photo library inside the app. When you delete your account, we delete the associated data, except what the law requires us to retain.
At any time you may: confirm processing, access, correct, port, and request deletion of your data; withdraw consent; and obtain information about sharing. The app itself lets you export your data and delete your account. To exercise any right, email chat@dozeecompany.com.
We use technical and organizational measures to protect your data, such as encrypted transmission (HTTPS) and per-account access control. No system is 100% infallible, but we work continuously to reduce risks.
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe such an account exists, contact us to remove it.
We may update this policy. We will notify material changes in the app or by email, and the "last updated" date above will be revised.
